Care: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Simply dip a small hand towel or cleaning cloth into warm water and rub any marks off the cork surface. You can add a bit of soap to the water mixture if just water isn't enough. Alternatively you can also use baby wipes. Air dry.

As cork is a natural wood material, it can be susceptible to some cracking with long-term use. Applying cork sealant to the exposed cork helps to prevent it from drying out. We don't do this to our personal cork bags as we find that they uphold quite well, but if you live in a dry climate or feel that it's getting dried out, give cork sealant a try. You can find it in most shoe shops that carry cork footwear, like Birkenstocks or on Amazon.
